Mentoring and encouraging collaboration:

5 years – Developed a Guest Lecturer workshop for Ryerson University 3-4 year students as part of an
outreach programme invested in by the ARIDO Complaints Committee. With the ARIDO Registrar,
presented a focused Business Ethics and Methods Lecture to Students and same-day critiqued workshop
to establish student understanding of ethics identification, resolution skills and fair business practices.
